Our history
Andriy and Oksana Sydor founded the Wiener Kerzenmanufaktur as a family business. The couple are also the masterminds behind the event agency DikArt Creative Marketing and, as professional event organisers, have many years of experience in creating unforgettable experiences. We originally come from Lviv in Ukraine.
Manufacturing
In our candle manufactory in Vienna, we create handmade candles that are more than just sources of light. They are emotions, memories, gifts with meaning. Every wick, every vessel, every scent is chosen with care – for you.
Whether personal individual pieces or made-to-measure series – we work with passion for both private clients and for businesses and event partners. Our scented candles and creative candle workshops are designed for private occasions just as much as for special corporate moments.

In the Wiener Kerzenmanufaktur – centrally located in the Singerstraße 26, 1010 Vienna, Just a few steps from Stephansplatz, you'll find everything related to candles, scents, and creative craftsmanship.
Our candle shop in the centre of Vienna offers a wide selection of scented candles, gift sets, seasonal candles, as well as lovingly crafted individual pieces. All our candles are hand-poured and made with natural essential oils and high-quality materials.
Social initiative
A wise man once said: “A thousand candles can be lit from one candle, and the life of that candle will not be shortened. Happiness never diminishes when shared with others.”
Since the founding of the Lviv Candle Manufactory, we have always known that we want to help those in need. This is why we repeatedly initiate our own charitable projects or participate in the initiatives of others. For example, at the beginning of our partnership with the public organisation „Volkshilfe“, we supported women from the crisis centre by providing them with jobs in our workshop. In addition, we have supported them financially for a long time with the running costs of the crisis centre for women. And we don't stop there and are constantly looking for projects aimed at helping those who really need it. And we are sure that with small steps, we can achieve great changes.
