Data protection
The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this data protection information we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
Definition
By definition, “personal data” is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
Generation
Our website uses a web analysis tool. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transferred to our server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your data will not be passed on to any third parties.
Your IP address will be recorded but immediately pseudonymized. This means that only a rough localization is possible.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized. The user data is stored for a period of up to 12 months.
Usage
We only use the data you provide online for the purposes communicated to you, unless the use is directly related to the original purpose or is based on legal obligations or official or court orders, to establish or protect legal claims or to defend yourself from lawsuits or to prevent abuse or other unlawful activities.
Your data will of course not be passed on to third parties or marketed in any other way.
Protection concept
We take organizational and technical security measures to prevent the unlawful deletion, alteration, loss and unauthorized disclosure of personal data.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority.
