Returns & Exchanges – Your Rights & Our Goodwill

This page informs you of your statutory Right of withdrawal as well as our volunteers Returns and Exchange Policy within the framework of the Vienna Candle Manufactory.

Our aim is for you to be completely satisfied with our products and workshops. If, however, something isn't quite right, you'll find all the relevant information here.

1. Return of products

You may return all unused and undamaged standard products (e.g. non-personalised candles) within 14 days Return to us upon receipt.

• Return at your own expense to:
  Viennese Candle Manufactory
  Singerstraße 26, 1010 Vienna

Tip: Please return the goods in their original packaging where possible.

2. The following are excluded from exchange:

• Personalised candles (e.g. with names, colours or desired scents)

• Candles poured to order

• Workshops booked for a specific date
  (Services with a fixed date are excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with §18 FAGG)

3. Exchange of Damaged Goods and Cancellation Conditions

Should a product arrive damaged, please write to us within 48 hours after receipt with a photo via email. We will quickly find a solution – whether it's a replacement, credit, or refund.

You can cancel your booking within 48 hours After payment, cancel and receive a full refund.
If you wish to change your booking, you can do so once at the latest 48 hours before workshop start.

4. Right of withdrawal (statutory)

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The deadline begins upon receipt of the goods.

• Repayments will be made within 14 days of receipt of your cancellation, using the same payment method you used for the order.
