Social initiative
A wise man once said: “A thousand candles can be lit from one candle, and the life of that candle will not be shortened. Happiness never diminishes when shared with others.”
Since the Vienna Candle Manufactory was founded, we knew that we would help those in need. That's why we often initiate charity projects ourselves or take part in other people's initiatives. At the beginning of our collaboration with the public organization “Volkshilfe” we supported the women from the crisis center by providing them with jobs in our workshop. We have also supported them financially for a long time with the running costs of the crisis center for women.
And we don't stop there and are constantly looking for projects aimed at helping those who really need it. And we are sure that with small steps we can bring about big changes.
